Human Resources Officer (Permanent – Fulltime)

Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, you will be responsible for maintaining and
updating the staff records and assists in compensation and benefits research and analysis. You will also be involved in Performance Review Process and handling of salary adjustments and staff queries. The role expects you to involve in some Administration activities like payroll processing, maintaining leave records and medical insurance and assisting Panin Expatriate Executive expenses and ANZ Singapore Private Banking Expenses.

You will be required to possess basic accounting and book keeping experience. The role demands good communication skills, good maturity and management skills. In addition to the above, planning, problem solving and organization skills are essential for this role. As a Human Resource Officer, you will be required to possess sound knowledge on Indonesia Labour Code.
